Semi-automatic welding machines of the SMS series are designed for the production of cylindical cages for reinforced concrete pipes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The possibility of manufacturing both elliptical and square baskets is available as an optional extra.<\/p>\n

The rigid machine structure ensures\u00a0extremely straight twist-free reinforcement cages,<\/strong> essential for the trouble-free production of good quality concrete pipes.<\/p>\n

The pre-cut longitudinal bars are fed into the machine manually. All necessary parameters, such as the length of the cage, winding wire pitch, welding intensity, bell angle, rotational speed, etc. are infinitely adjustable for each type of reinforcement cage and can be stored in menus.<\/p>\n
