\n\t\tVSA: AUTOMATIC CAGE WELDING MACHINES FOR ROUND, SQUARE AND POLYGONAL PILES, COLUMNS AND BEAMS\n\t<\/h3>\n\t

Using the VSA fully automatic welding machine<\/strong>, which draws longitudinal wires directly off coil, you can effectively produce reinforcement cages of any length and with all possible profiles.<\/p>\n

A perfect symbiosis of productivity, quality and efficiency has been created in combination with a specially developed automatic high-speed saw. Cages can be cut to length using this circular saw without any interruption to the continuous production process.<\/p>\n

For the production of reinforcement cages with longitudinal bar diameters > 14 mm, Apilion has developed a separate cage welding machine (USM-ZK<\/strong>) that works with cut-to-size longitudinal bars.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n

This semi-automated Apilion cage welding machine<\/strong> is especially designed for the production of heavyweight cages off-coil or with pre-cut bars for piles, beams or poles. The longitudinals have to be fed manually. The reinforcement cage manufactured will be fixed by the clamping-unit moving in front of the turning face-plate.<\/p>\n
