CSP CENTRAL SHIFTER PLATFORM SYSTEM
The central element of the system is the VArio SHIFT shifter table, which makes the operation of the plant as flexible as possible. It combines the advantages of a circulation system and a stationary production line.
It allows time-independent implementation of individual work processes such as reinforcement, concreting or curing. It enables the parallel production of precast concrete elements even when reinforced and assembled in different ways.
A central shifter platform transports the shuttering pallet lengthwise to the location where it is to be used. Cross-lifting trucks then move it to the transfer positions, either crosswise to the left or right to the respective processing station. In practice, this means no downtime and no waiting time: in terms of production technology, everything runs completely independently of cycle times.
There are also several buffer places for the intermediate storage of semi-finished walls or floor slabs.
