The beyond-tolerance color marker is used to mark product layers whose height is outside the specified tolerances. The system is installed on the side of the conveyor and marks the quality-deficient layer of products.

COMPONENTS:

◎  marking pistole with nozzle and needle made of stainless steel VA, adjustable
◎ rolka roller to protect the gun from protruding stones
◎ dashboard with directional valve, shut-off valve, pressure-reducing valve, filter pressure regulator and stainless steel paint container (3 litres) mounted on a stable aluminium frame                                                           ◎ connecting hoses connected in a flexible hose (approx. 2 m long)
◎ colour marker control system (switch box on frame) with warning light (red)
◎ 1 litre of red marking ink and 1 litre of ink thinner.
