FLEXIBLE TABLE DESIGN

High-performance tilting table enables flexible, horizontal production of wall/facade elements and laminary special parts.

Hydraulic tilting joints, permanently connected to the tilting frame and tilting side, adjust the mould surface to an angle of 83° and protect the concrete edges from stripping during lifting and demoulding. The flat ground surface of the mould guarantees first-class architectural concrete surfaces.

ROBUST STEEL PROFILE CONSTRUCTION

The exceptionally solid welded construction made of steel profiles allows setting on level ground without the need for foundations. The torsion stiffness guarantees construction of small dimensions. All current formwork systems can be used.

IMPROVED SURFACE TREATMENT

There are various concrete spreading systems to choose from, whether crane-driven, bridge or portal concrete distributing systems. We also offer surface treatment solutions from simple stripping and grinding to surface finishing systems. It is also possible to combine a tilting formwork table with a separately driven mobile tilting unit and a mobile plotter. Special high-frequency vibrators compact the concrete for uniformity.

TANDEM TILTING TABLE FOR LARGE CASTING AREAS - UP TO 100 M

For the production of particularly large casting areas of up to 100 m in length, tandem tilting tables are used. For this purpose, a moulding bridge is mounted between the tilting tables and connected to the hydraulic system.

In this way, several tilting tables can optionally be synchronised with each other. However, individually connected tilting tables can also be used at any time.
