Smart Lift - lifting crossbeam
Lifting crossbeams are used to lift precast concrete elements, mainly walls, from a tilting table.
The lifting beam consists of a track holder that is connected to the hall crane by two drive plants and can be moved. Multiple electric winches are attached to the lifting beam, each of which is also equipped with a drive plant, but simpler constructions are also possible.
The lift is operated manually by radio remote control. A single electric rope hoist can be driven and raised, or other electric rope hoists can be switched on as required, and are then controlled together via a single radio remote control.
With this variability, it is possible to lift precast concrete elements with different dimensions and fixing points from a tilting table and place them in transport racks or on A-frames for further transport.
In many plants, additional auxiliary frames are also used.
