SLAB-FLEX - system for the production of wet-cast concrete slabs

BFS Slab-Flex is a modular system for the production of wet-cast concrete slabs. BFS offers various equipment concepts: from a simple basic machine to a fully automated production line equipped with curing chambers and a robotic packaging station.

System characteristics:

◎ Batching technology

Slab-Flex allows batching by weight or volume (depending on specific needs) with reliable accuracy.

◎ Perfect compaction with CreaVib.

BFS is known worldwide for its vibration technology. The Slab-Flex system bases its operation on the CreaVib device, which can be adapted to different dimensions according to customer requirements.

CreaVib uses a hydraulic clamping device and a precise leveling system optimized by FFM calculation programs.

Slab-Flex lines ensure efficient production of individual products, as individual molds are clamped on sleepers that are moved by roller conveyors, crane robots or other handling systems to a vibrating table. An individual vibration program is applied to each specific product for optimal concrete compaction.

This is an economical way to produce many types of products of the highest quality.

◎ Fast cleaning - precise spraying.

The innovative design of the Slab Flex system makes it possible to clean the mold without slowing down production.

◎ Spraying pistols for release agents

Specially designed BFS spraying pistols with adjustable spraying directions (optional) ensure precise spraying within the mold.

In addition, a spray unit with holes can be added to an exhaust system housing to eliminate mist or fogging around the mold.
