High-performance battery moulds are suitable for the vertical production of single-layer, large-area wall and slab elements or other large-area precast concrete elements with smooth surfaces on both sides. A large moulding area is provided on a relatively small base area. The shuttering effort is minimal and the use of space is maximised, ensuring high system efficiency.
Flexible formwork design for a wide range of precast components
With the optional integration of partitions in the chamber, several concrete elements can be produced simultaneously. The design facilitates access to open formwork slabs and de-moulding. The chambers are opened and closed mechanically or electrically. The specially designed hydraulic system for tightening the individual casting panels and its robust design can even withstand hydrostatic pressure during concreting. An advanced vibration system ensures effective concrete compaction.
Mono or duplex formwork design
Battery formwork is built in mono or duplex construction. In the duplex design, a fixed centre plate is placed between the mobile formwork elements so that the individual sections of the chamber can be filled independently of each other.
Semi-mobile battery forms
Alternatively, semi-mobile battery moulds are available if it is necessary to produce precast concrete elements close to the construction site. Thanks to their modular design, they can be dismantled and reassembled at any time for the next construction project elsewhere.

De-moulding is facilitated by the rotatable external shuttering.
