Simple formwork tables or long line beds are used in the production of solid walls and floor slabs. They are also the ideal stationary solution for smaller series or for production with frequent formwork changes.

Their characteristics are a low basic investment combined with uncomplicated machine technology.

Simple formwork tables are a particularly fast and low-cost solution for the production of solid concrete elements. Fixed or tilted side rails and variable placement of the formwork system make it possible to create individual precast geometries without great expense. The flexible arrangement of the vibrators and heating systems ensure rapid curing and compaction of the concrete and optimum quality.

The stationary arrangement of several formwork tables in one line results in a production line where up to several uniform solid walls or floor slabs can be produced simultaneously. In addition, all concreting, compacting and tilting processes can be carried out simultaneously at more than one workstation.
