In order to produce double walls, it is necessary to rotate the hardened upper layer by 180°, position it over the freshly poured concrete lower wall layer and lower it.

One option for the production of double walls is to use a pallet turning equipment, in which the pallet with the upper layer is transported by means of a special crossbeam during the turning process. The complete formwork pallet with top layer is locked in place and rotated. The patented clamping tensioning arm system ensures simple and uncomplicated handling.

Depending on the system requirements, stationary or ceiling-mounted pallet-turning equipment can be used.
