USM SERIES - AUTOMATIC CAGE WELDING MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CYLINDRICAL AND POLYGONAL PIPES, PILES AND POLES
USM welding machines are ideally suited for the automatic production of reinforcement cages with cylindrical profile and any length, without bell.
When using USM automatic machines, the production of both reinforcement cages for piles and reinforcement cages for pre-stressed concrete pipes is fully automatic and extremely efficient.
USM-DUOMAT – THE TYPE FOR A SPECIAL AREA OF APPLICATION
This fully automatic machine is a stronger and faster version of the USM type and is used for the efficient production of reinforcement cages for offshore pipelines. The Duomat is equipped with two welding heads that are capable of producing up to 1,000 highly accurate welds per minute, allowing a capacity of up to 8 linear metres of reinforcement per minute.
USM-ZK – SEMI-AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE FOR REINFORCEMENT CAGES
The USM-ZK semi-automatic machine produces heavy REINFORCEMENT CAGES of cylindrical or polygonal profile, from wire and from coils for drilled piles, columns and masts with only one machine operator.
The main features of the machine are:
- medium-frequency welding technolog
- possibility to produce from rod coils (up to max. 16 mm)
- ideal for the efficient production of high-tensile pile reinforcement
Performance characteristics:
- economical production of reinforcing cages within ideal dimensional limits
- feeding of longitudinal wire directly from commercially available coils or by means of pre-cut longitudinal bars.
